October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
We are going to create a gratitude plan together. If you’d like to try this with me, please get a notebook, a piece of paper, even a sticky note and a pen or pencil. Whatever way you participate is fine, as long as it works for you, that’s what matters.

We are going to look at focusing on being present in this moment.
We’ll add in our breathing and some movement. These together will help stimulate our Vagus nerve in order to help us feel calmer, feel more release, and relaxed
