I am a Certified Trauma and Resiliency Life Coach and Certified Trauma Support Specialist, as well as a writer, speaker, content creator, and advocate. With over 15 years of experience supporting survivors of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and eight years working with individuals who have Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), I am currently an Administrative Assistant for The CACTIS Foundation in Scottsdale AZ, and I collaborate with esteemed professionals and organizationsworldwide to advance research, education, and practical interventions in this field. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, which informs my approach to understanding social determinants, systems, and community-based pathways to healing.
My work focuses on developing programs, tools, and protocols for diverse organizations, systems, and groups, with the aim of empowering those who have experienced IPV and/or TBI. As a survivor of both, I bring authentic lived experience to my practice, research, and advocacy. As a Certified Trauma and Resiliency Life Coach, I work one on one with my clients to help them overcome and heal from their own unique and personal life experiences with trauma.
